SENSOR

Who we are

Founded in 2009, Sensor Contemporary Arts Festival presents and supports a diverse array of artistic endeavour from around the world
via the annual festival and associated touring. Contextualised programme of temporary exhibitions, installations, site-specific commissions,
and workshops presented over one week period celebrates established figures and provides a platform for emerging artists and tendencies
across a variety of art forms. Project organisation works in partnership with galleries, museums and visual art spaces, to dedicate space
for experimental and independent arts practice and ideas. Exhibitions are accompanied by publications and limited edition works.
Sensor also serves as a catalyst to arouse and to encourage artistic dialogue and cultural exchange in the Southeast European region
and beyond, by examining clicks and cultural trends typical of places in transition and in the process of reinventing themselves.
Project explores the possibilities of contemporary culture across the broadest platforms, by encouraging and facilitating debates and
workshops, inviting academics, artists and curators, to contribute insights into their momentary and subjective involvement with
contemporary art and cultural production.
For the past two years, onedotzero has been collaborating on a project, presenting selected screenings as part of the Sensors programme.
